Alexandra DiMarchi is a Los Angeles-based airbrush artist out to show us that the right finish is for everyone. Alexandra’s interest in the beauty world was sparked early on with a job at a Salon & Spa and continued long into her next career as a make-up artist. Always an admirer of rich culture and diversity, it was in a MAC store on the outskirts of the Pentagon where she learned of a need being neglected by the majority of the beauty world. Alexandra took that inspiration and set out to work with a variety of sunless tanning products to help clients from any spectrum to achieve an even complexion regardless of skin tone. She carries on this mission as the Global Tanning Expert for LUX UNFILTERED, a lifestyle tanning brand founded by influencer Sivan Ayla.

After leaving the D.C. Metropolitan area, Alexandra moved to Los Angeles where she began her studies at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and furthered her knowledge of all things beauty. Soon after graduating, Alexandra launched Airbrush by Alexandra and became one of the most sought after tanning artists in the industry. Since then her work has graced the covers and pages of Vogue, Allure, Rolling Stone and Playboy. When not on the cover of the latest magazine her work can be found walking down the red carpets of the Oscars, Golden Globes and both the SAG and BET Awards.

Whether a client needs a darker, more noticeable look, or a glow treatment to enhance their natural complexion, an Airbrush by Alexandra is the final step in achieving a tan which is noticed by all, but suspected by none.
